ishred
hey guys, i been checking out all this bending stuff and wanted to give it a try. I took a look at the challenge bars and it looks like fun. I have pretty good strength, and was just wondering where i should start. The bars are cheap enough that i was thinking of odering 1 of each. as far as nails go, what is good to start with? I'll hit up the local home depot tomorrow.
DAN PETERSON
I find that your true bending potential comes out once you have developed a good solid technique. Once you get that down progress will come very fast. As far as bending supplies. The cheapest stock is mostly on the internet. But at Home Depot Timber Ties like a 30 pound bucket is a good investment. Everyone i know seems to like to warm up with them. There are different types of timber ties though i think the ones I'm talking about are 60d.
