Congrats To Ron Mazza

Congratulations to our friend Ron Mazza (Allrounder74), who placed third in this past weekend's Azalea Strongman Festival lightweight division obtaining his pro card in the process. This was a stacked contest, no squids. He edged out Willie Wessels who ended up in 4th place. To keep it grip related, he blistered the competition in winning the farmer's walk! :flame

It's even more impressive when you realize that Ron probably has less than a year of specific event training under his belt. Congrats big man! (I have a hard time calling you a lightweight) :rock

Doesn't surprise me Nowak got second. Never heard of Cardoza before.

I think it's Cordoza. He finished 9th overall in the Lights at last year's Nationals, with excellent performances in the Conan's and stone medley.

Sorry to go after the obvious, but if you entered there would have been squids present :D

Seriously, I mean these are good national caliber competitors who have been around the block a few times.
