Hi everyone!

i was reading about holding sledghammers out by the handle, so i tried my diningroom chair by just the end of one leg, and i was able to hold it about 1 sec before my wrist was going to give out and bend.....then i took just the back of the chair, the seat and 2 front legs broke off from me leaning on it...anyway i held that for 7 seconds straight out to my side and did it to the front......the whole unbroken chair is 14.5 pounds, and the chair back is 8.4 pounds.....i have nothing to compare this to is it good? i belive my wrists are above avg?

That is prolly above average wrist strength. One of the people that I roof with did it and he is a little guy. Then he was like let me see you do that well I picked it up right off the ground and held it in the air for about 15secs and I said "What this" :D haha

But my little brother who is a pretty strong kid can't do it
