Grip And Pinch Workout Together

I have been doing a pinch workout in the morning before work and a grip workout at lunch and in the evening. I did not have time this morning or at lunch for a workout so I did them together this evening. My pinch was stronger than usual. Some will say that is because I had more rest than usual. Has anyone else ever experimented with a grip and pinch workout together? If so what was your results?

I've never done them separately, and I imagine the reason you were stronger is because you were more warmed up. Rest may be part of it, too.
