Now, as hard as it may seem, I would recommend NOT hitting the grippers hard for several days if not a week. A lot of people have said that after they close a gripper for the first time they cannot duplicate the feat for up to a couple weeks because they anxiously went back after them. It took me many attempts, but I closed the #2 the first day and figured I would keep getting it. Well, I was in for a shock. It took me at least another two weeks to close the #2 again, and another two months before I could regularly close it and occasionally grind the handles.
