Clay Edgin Posted April 7, 2004 Posted April 7, 2004 Damn, nice work! Sounds like you had a great training session! Now, as hard as it may seem, I would recommend NOT hitting the grippers hard for several days if not a week. A lot of people have said that after they close a gripper for the first time they cannot duplicate the feat for up to a couple weeks because they anxiously went back after them. Just a thought Congrats again Quote

Just a thought Congrats again I had that experience. I easily closed the #1 on my first attempt & ordered the #2 a couple of weeks later. It took me many attempts, but I closed the #2 the first day and figured I would keep getting it. Well, I was in for a shock. It took me at least another two weeks to close the #2 again, and another two months before I could regularly close it and occasionally grind the handles. IMO, it is more the adrenaline rush or not truly knowing how hard the grippers are. Quote Spoiler Bob Sundin 5'11 and 162 lbs. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC7AZdUkf0aEDB3ET4UhU3Bg/videos
