i got the #2 AND Sm closed today, did the #2 EASY, for 4 singles and did the Sm for 2 singles. thanks for all the help today guys. My next goal is the GM and the #3. Btw i decided to try the #3, and i got within 2 pennys. It was awesome.

Damn, nice work! Sounds like you had a great training session!

Now, as hard as it may seem, I would recommend NOT hitting the grippers hard for several days if not a week. A lot of people have said that after they close a gripper for the first time they cannot duplicate the feat for up to a couple weeks because they anxiously went back after them. Just a thought

I had that experience. I easily closed the #1 on my first attempt & ordered the #2 a couple of weeks later. It took me many attempts, but I closed the #2 the first day and figured I would keep getting it.

Well, I was in for a shock. It took me at least another two weeks to close the #2 again, and another two months before I could regularly close it and occasionally grind the handles. IMO, it is more the adrenaline rush or not truly knowing how hard the grippers are.

that is sooooo true, at first you close the gripper very seldom, then you strart to close it more and more often with less of a gap inbetween the days till you can do it on a daily basis.

it depends on the person and there recovery, the hand is used to being worked everyday. ive only had my #2 a week and can do it everyday but i usually do it every other now. good work though,find a method thats best for you.
