Lyle
How does KTA Training fit into a Program that includes Rope Climbs, Farmer Walks, heavy Deadlift? how do you guys achieve or Maintain both? Lyle Nova Scotia
odin
It doesn't, but it is worth it for the knowledge, pics & videos. KTA needs to be done without indulging in other grip-related work. Ask Bender.

bseedot
When I was training KTA last year, it was suggested to me that I may want to cut back on the intensity of my event training (FW, arm-over-arm pull, etc.) while doing KTA. There was no way in hell that I was going to forego my strongman goals for the sake of closing a gripper so I did both full bore. I should mention that I only ended up using KTA for two weeks but I managed to close the #3 and still maintain my event training intensity. So it can be done. Experiment and see. I would guess that extended periods of KTA, along with other heavy grip training, would become pretty difficult though. BC.
