Canon Balls

I recently heard a discussion about canon balls on the website and got to wondering how people like them compared to blobs. Also, were do you get them?

Thanx in advance,

Cannonballs are a good start, but since they are made for that purpose - would they be suitable for gripwork? :blink

I know of something that IS just like a cannonball, but it's a lot cheaper and maybe even better and that's shots (called a "shotput").

I have two. One is a 16 pounder, and the other one is 12 pounds. Great for gripwork. Of course, if you have bigger hands you might want to find a bigger shot... something like a 18, 20 or something bigger than a 20 pound shot.

Go to an athletic store to find these gems! :)
