Apology

I questioned the legitimacy of using leather to wrap a bend in another thread. I was basically thinking aloud on the subject, and asking a question as much as I was making any sort of statement. But regardless, this was wrong on my part. I should have done a little research on the subject before even bringing it up. I am sorry. By the way, I'm better informed now, and see no difference between using some thin leather and thick cloth, or even Kevlar (or nylon) for that matter. I believe the rules pertaining to unbraced bending as written by Pat Povilaitis are as near to perfect as you can get. Thanks for listening.
