I didn't get sick as Rick is now the Tuesday after the Arnold 2. If My internet connection would allow me to upload videos that size. Jeff, we got together in Rick's gym the Thursday before the Arnold. The video is a highlight reel of what we did, as described in Rick's thread entitled "Walker House Grip Fest" or something like that that was recently posted.
