Hand Recovery

I would recomend doing it as much as you can. I know it has helped me and made my hands feel 100% when it's time to train. :rock

Other than your skin getting the "prune" effect, there is nothing harmful that can come from doing contrast baths. Do them as often as you like, they can only help. Personally, I think once a day is enough unless you're in serious pain, but again, you can't do them too much.
