BJones Posted March 24, 2004 Share Posted March 24, 2004 Gripboard, A bit over a month ago I received an introduction into the grip world watching SHRUG destroy some Red nails and Steve McGranahan tearing cards and bending a 10" cresent wrench - Since then my training has changed to include my new addiction! Grippers, bending and tearing cards have become my new drugs of choice. I am now closing a BBSM for overcrushes and have ordered a BBGM. My best bend to date is a 5-1/2" blue nail And tearing cards is a great finger - grip workout - I am using the Hoyle plastic coated cards. My current goal is to hit the MMG entry level cert.
