showlarson Posted March 15, 2004 Share Posted March 15, 2004 Just picking the bag up and walking w/ it, trying to shoulder it and/or press obviously will be determined on level of strength and weight of bag. There is an exercise (I forget its name) where you lay flat on back, have the bag on your stomach, and try to sit up w/o bracing w/ hands etc.. Sounds weird but it hits core area hard!!
