After all these messages about how grippers should be used and changed rules and so on I got a bit interested in how Strossen, Kinney and Nathan described how they should be used in their book.

Is there someone here that has read it and have something to say about it?

My reading of it - just now - was a slight set for the closure but yes a heavy set for training. He then states that you should try to get that less and less each time you train for it.
