Interesting, albeit confusing. Is this something you attach weight to, or does it weigh enough as is to provide a challenge?

A fantastic new tool for Grip. The Grip Block will chalenge your hand and forearms in many ways with several different positions. Pick up the Block and hold it as long as you can, at the very point of release transfer it to the other hand useing a different part of the tool. A 10 minute routine of passing the Block will fry your hands and forearms to bits.

Weights are : 30lbs. 50lbs, 70lbs plus.
