Guest Posted December 20, 2001 Share Posted December 20, 2001 Ahh, cool. 2 years ago I went to Rio Rancho High School. What types of hand training to you do? And How far along are you on them all? If you don't feel uncomfortable giving it out, what is your phone number? There is something I am thinking of organizing for a bit later on in the year. Big competition. blueshadow Posted December 20, 2001 Author Share Posted December 20, 2001 Greetings QuickGrip, Right now my grip workout consists of low reps 5-8 on the T & 1,forced reps 3-4 on the 2,negative reps on hardy handshake. Sometimes I alternate HH with the guillotine style grip machine. Other times I do timed holds with AA or Turks,etc. As you can see I have quite a few grip goodies in my humble little garage gym! I regret that my schedule and obligations leave me little time to officiate in your planned competition,wish you the best of luck with it! May you be the first in NM to certify with the # 3!
