burkhardmacht
Take a thick wristroller (6cm thick) add weight and roll it up - but grap the roller with your fingertips, only! Vary handposition and grip (from above/under). Should be good for individual fingerstrenght. B.
Davekline
Do you use a rack-mounted wrist roller or a freeheld one?
f1perez
Is this the new grip tip by John Brookfield? If so I did not quite understand the concept. Can someone please explain it. If it is more effective than wrist rolling I'm all for it. Thank you
burkhardmacht
I take a freehold one. Yes it's something like the grip tip of Brookfield but you don't grab the wristroller with the whole hand - take it only with your fingertips and roll the weight up! B.
