Bill Piche Posted February 22, 2004 Share Posted February 22, 2004 Right now the bending certs are using: Witness + 2 judges by video review and 2 out of 3 say it's "good" and it passes. I mentioned this before with the MM certs. In actuality, it was used on Rob F's cert because I watched it and without telling three other guys what I thought I asked them to tell me if they thought it passed.
