Guest Shano_mac
Okay here I had a bad experience one of my friends has an Electric Muscle stimulator, had it on his bicepts and sure it worked good. SO me being a jack@$$ im like hey lets turn it up all the way and put it on my forearm. Wow talk about the hand and wrist and fingers going painfully balistic. My hands and arms are fine but ouch it sure hurt at the time. EMS maybe good for some muscle recuperation but deffinately not for your forearm/hands/grip. Tom Page
EMS maybe good for some muscle recuperation but deffinately not for your forearm/hands/grip. On the contrary. When I got tendonitist in my forearm/elbow, my sports doctor had me on just this type of therapy to break up the scare tissue and stimulate growth. I thought it worked great! ianders1
Again, I think that this device is great for rehab, but I don't think you're going to build huge and/or strong muscles with it. It worked great when I had knee surgery, but at some point, they move onto leg lifts/extensions. I imagine the same is true for forearms. Besides if it really made you huge and strong, everyone would be doing that instead of lifting.
