BulletTooth
When lifting the Rolling Thunder are you allowed to brace the non-lifting hand on your knee???
bencrush
Scott, I don't know IM's official rules on the lift. I think it just depends on what contest you attend. At the Super Grip Challenge last year, bracing the nonlifting hand on the knee was allowed. But as soon as the weight was lifted as high as it was going to go, the hand had to be withdrawn and held out to the side-not touching any part of the body. Hope that was clear enough. BulletTooth
Thanks Ben! That was a very clear description. At the contest, how high did you have to lift and how long did you have to hold it there after the bracing hand was removed?
