ulgrim Posted February 18, 2004 Share Posted February 18, 2004 (edited) I train with singles/negatives/attempts/overcrushes throughout the day, one or two at a time, whenever I feel strong. I usually carry my goal gripper in my pocket and pull it out and do a negative or whatever probably anywhere from 6-25 times a day, (I don't keep track) whenever I feel like it. Did that all make sense? edit> And I train every day unless I'm injured or feel weak. Also, taking a few weeks off can do wonders, I stopped training for several weeks and when I came back I was magically || <- that far from closing the #3. I'll close it in a few more days or as soon as my elbow heals from my latest injury. I'm surprised how close I am considering I have put very little effort into trying to close the #3.
