50 LASHINGS WILL BE YOUR PUNISHMENT!

Don't worry he can move it to Equipment and Toys.

An interesting device, not as good as Sorin's baby though.

yeah but it doesn't seem to leave enough room to cheat the weight up with the other hand for negatives. there would be no reason to have that much weight especially without being able to do negs...

If it wasn't so expensive I'd like to try it.

I remember when i first found out about it I showed it to a machinist friend (who manufactures equipment)to see if he'd make me one and he wasn't interested.

I think it would be a good work out and test...just out of my price range.

Another thought:I think-in a contest situation-where there are spectators- it would be more interesting to watch(for the spectators)than squeezing grippers and such?people do prefer to see objects or weight moved than 'springythings'.

Hang a big nasty anvil from there and you've got a 'visual' event....

Also?i'd still like to hear if anyone has ever used it?

Agreed, it also looks like it would be easier to load/unload weight than the traditional slide style grip machine. but for that price i dunno...

Im gonna have to say that no matter what you do, a legitamate grip contest will never be interesting to watch, and if its good for spectators than the competitors will probably complain about the events being more for show than for strength (Worlds Stongest Man Style).
