Grip_and_Marx
Hey y’all, I’m curious what the general recommendation is specifically to thicken out and strengthen your tendons? I’ve heard it’s important and it intuitively makes sense, but what is the benefit to doing this as opposed to just doing regular training to get stronger? I’ve heard just doing blood flow work helps thicken them out. Is that something that can be done daily or is a lower frequency generally recommended. Thanks y’all ✌
Climber028
Heavy negatives, and overcoming isometrics are the best ways to increase tendon strength. Just start slow since heavy negatives are an easy way to get injured if you rush into it before the tissue is ready 1
