HAMMERHEAD Posted January 17, 2004 Share Posted January 17, 2004 I got these about a week ago. These kick ass! and their extremly versitile. You can shorten them for diff. exercizes like wrist curls. I haven't been able to even do wrist curls for over a year. Using a bar was very uncomfortable for my wrists. With the cables there is no prob. and I car wrist curl to my hearts content.
