Hello Guys! Here we do a competition rundown on the first grip contest I hosted on april 7th.

A super fulfilling experience which I will do again to be ready to host King Kong 2024.

Special thanks to @Jedd Johnson  and @Eric Roussin for their help prior to the contest! 👑🇺🇸🇨🇦

Mission 2021:

-Join the Mash Monster Ladder

-Close Coc 3 & GHP7

-Lift the Big Nicol Stones weight without hookgrip

-Surpass 70kg on the Inch Replica DB

Mission 2023:

-GHP 7 Certification

-Close my HG350 (174lb)

-Close my #3,5 rated 172lb
