maidenfan
I assume wrapping the finger and getting the thumb as flat and as far under the ball is the ideal setup? Edited March 18 by maidenfan

For the International King Kong Grip Challenge, the thumb needs to be pointing straight down. The device must also be fixed to the loading pin (i.e. not using a carabiner). 1

Eric Roussin
Not one piece, but the device is to be used with a loading pin that it can slide into and be secured with a bolt. I don’t have any pics on hand, but the World of Grip loading pin would be an example. Prevents tilting. Any quoted weight would include the weight of the pin and device.
