Arm wrestling exercise I’ve been messing with

Broke out the old school arm blaster for this one.  Hammer curls, but with actual hammers (Ironmind 15” Oly loading pins).  Works the whole upper body if you keep the arms in a starting position and bend forward at the waist.  All about keeping the tension in the lower arm.  Riser, pronation, works it all.  Turn the hammers around for some hook work
