hudsonnoah Posted February 9 Share Posted February 9 Close-grip pseudo-maltese knuckle pushup Go into close grip knuckle pushup position but then shuffle your hands closer to your waistline where yo hips are and try to complete 1 rep you can turn yo fists where the knuckles are directly clashing against eachother to make it harder, you can also make it harder by leaning out but thats legit impossible, I can only go half way down on the harder version before I turn into jello Try it out trust meh unless yo got injury Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
