Recommended Posts

 

1. Only chalk allowed.

2.Lift must be locked out with back erect.

3. For loadable devices and plates, 5-pound jumps and plate weight only.

4. The lift must be followed down under reasonable control.

5. Any bracing or other assisting contact between the feat item or the lifting hand against the body, legs, groin or thighs will disqualify the lift.

Hello Guys, can anyone attempt this feat with any 45lb hub, or are there certain brands of plates allowed?

I would say any plate that's 45lbs and lifted by the hub is good to go.
