Homemade upper body killer

Mainly used for overhead tricep extensions, but the skies the limit.  Nothing fancy, just added a band to a normal setup.  Band tension dramatically changes the exercise.  I used dual Spud Inc Tarzan straps (more grip work and big hands) for handles.  Killed the hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders, and upper back.

Looks great man, I've hooked up similar things when we were in lockdown here. Ive used resistance bands for years, they are underrated I think.

Recovery planned (for elbows), ended up w a decent cardio workout.  High reps on the wrist curls/rows

For sure.  Check out all of Dick Hartzell’s (inventor of the jumpstretch band) recovery vids on YouTube.  So much good info
