maidenfan Posted January 3 Share Posted January 3 Mainly used for overhead tricep extensions, but the skies the limit. Nothing fancy, just added a band to a normal setup. Band tension dramatically changes the exercise. I used dual Spud Inc Tarzan straps (more grip work and big hands) for handles.
