Karl
No grip training in my life previously and finally got around to buying the COC no1. and no.2 after years of proscrastination. Closed both, the no.2 was tough for me though. Wondering if I should get the trainer for general training repetitions too? I can close the no.1 ten times in the second week I have owned it but gee it digs into the bones and skin of my hand as I dont think I am conditoned to it yet. I am 49 yrs old so trying to do it safely. Also should I get the 2.5 before the no.3?
Karl
by the way is there a standard training program suggested to progress quickest? Or do I just keep pumping reps and testing singles on the next gripper up?

The 2 to the 3 is a massive gap and you might need a few grippers in there. You’re actually a good candidate for something like the Advanced Set we sell. It dovetails nicely with what you already have.
