strongmitts Posted January 13, 2004 Share Posted January 13, 2004 Fellow benders, I finally conquered the grade 5 6"X1/4" bolt tonight! Even though it was not considered a strict bend, (crush down between the thighs, recovering from a torn pec) I am still pretty stoked. I am very optimistic about my pec coming back strong, and I feel like when it gets healed up completely I should be able to perform my bends strict again without too much problem. Thanks Gripboard for a constant source of motivation. Also, a big thanks to Eric for pushing me to a higher level. I know I wouldn't have bent that thing so soon if we wouldn't have met.
