kerbjr Posted January 8, 2004 Share Posted January 8, 2004 Tried bending a couple nights ago and had the worst night of my short career. Nails and bolts that I generally bend easy were next to impossible. My wrists felt very weak and I just couldnt overcome despite several attempts...Anyone else here experience days like this? I assume that I have overtrained a bit and need time off as I have been bending everyday, mostly light stuff though...On a positive note I bent my first 6 inch adjustable wrench today despite deciding to take a few days off, just couldnt resist the challenge. Yes it was a cheap one but still a challenge......will definetly try taking some time off as my wrists are still weak feeling and sore..... Jeff T Posted January 9, 2004 Share Posted January 9, 2004 Just yesterday I had the same thing happen. A week ago I bent 5 of my nails in a row, yesterday I only got a slight kink in one. I could also only just bend one of the bolts that I've been snapping of late. Little bit overtrained I think, too much pinching, wrist work and dyno squeezes over the last week.
