Such a well made video with valuable information, I like that he touched on the positive mindset approach as well, that makes such a huge difference in how a session will go

Another reason why it’s good to train both hands to get stronger: setting. I love that he mentioned thumb training. You use to see it mentioned a lot back in the day but not so much in recent programming that comes out.
