First off, thanks to all who donate to the GripBoard via the Contributor Group!  Frankly, without your support, this forum would have not survived.  

With @Cannon taking the reins, it becomes necessary to hook him up to the money from the donors rather than me.

Once you donate, the forum software works with PayPal and sets up automatic payments.  To switch to Matt, these have to be canceled. 

This will do nothing to your current status as a donator.

When the time comes for you to renew,  it will not be done automatically. 

You will get a payment notice from Commerce (this forum's software) and you have to pay again manually.  The payment method will be PayPal as before for the credit card processor and it will automatically set up a new automatic payment with your account.  

Donors will likely get an email from PayPal that tells them a recurring payment has been canceled. Do not worry, you have NO action to take.

Hello those who have donated! Another update on contributor groups. 

When the contributor groups were created, it had to be done through Store products as the only choice. Now there is subscription functionality that did not exist back when the Store products were created. The subscriptions work exactly the same way and this where you would renew when it comes time, if you wish. As Bill said, your support has been instrumental in keeping the GripBoard updated, upgraded, ad-free and viable. 

There is a Subscriptions button in the top navigation. This is where you would renew or purchase a subscription if you wish.
