Hi Everyone,

My path in improving my grip strength has been motivated by 2 things: 1. Longevity. Having a strong grip is a strong indicator of living a long life. 2. Competition. I have always wanted to be a professional athlete. I competed in basketball, baseball, track and field in my younger years, as well as Karate which I became a high school champion. I almost became a professional fighter but due to various circumstances that career was over before it began. If I can get to the top in respect to grip strength it would mean a lot to me since I love to compete.

I started with a Trainer since Ironmind stated that if you're pretty strong you should start here. It took me relatively little time and effort to close it. Then I proceeded to Level 1 and although it required a little more effort and time I was able to close this one too. I am now trying to do Level 2 but it has been a struggle. The best I have been able to do is close it to about 80%. I have been doing thick bar chin ups and pull ups in an effort to add more strength. We shall see how it goes. Thanks for reading :)

I added my closure of Trainer and Level 1 in the form of pictures ( I can upload videos later but I due to time I decided to do photos first.) And as you can see, I am currently struggling with Level 2 gripper. When I feel 100% I can close it 80% of the way but it isn't enough.
