ruffhans Posted December 31, 2003 Share Posted December 31, 2003 Bending a 60d the other day, i over did it and now have pain when bending. it is not realy an " uh oh" went to far kinda hurt, but a mixture of i over did it geting stronger kind of hurt! any advice? think i will stop bending for about a month and work on some levering to build up stronger. Rest till you feel up to snuff (probably two or three days), warm up thoroughly, and have at it again. Atleast this recipe works for me. You need to bend to strengthen your tendons.
