With that said we all know that calluses on your palms are a thing which makes your hands a tad thicker and sturider. Would that be the case with rice bucket work? This guy has a video showing his experience growing his hands and his routine for it. His routine uses a rice bucket. He has a few videos on his channel that goes over what he does.
