A very promising guy. From the first training sessions showed talent in arm wrestling and gripsports. After a month and a half of training, he defeated in arm wrestling all the 2-year older guys at school.

 

 

Roman Melnik - multiple winner of regional arm wrestling tournaments in the 65 and 70kg categories tries 2.5 Jug - 90kg and attempt with 100kg (his bw - 68kg). Roman is not a junior, but this video is interesting because this is his first training session with this device.
