1. Must lift to full deadlift position.

2. Only chalk allowed.

3. The lift must be followed down under reasonable control.

Thanks Michael!  I have to laugh at myself about the thumbs up.

 I'm just so excited when I finally complete something that's taken me a long time to work up to...it's simply a reflex.
