Watching these a little out of order.  Today was Carl's during my Heavy Hands prep because in episode 3 of The Grip Show, Zach said Saxon Bar came up.  Know that's one of my weaker lifts so I appreciate Carl sharing his approach and rep scheme.

NOTE...we're less than a month out from Heavy Hands...so it's a best effort at this point.  But I expect Saxon Bar to come up again at Maryland's Strongest Hands in April 2024.  That gives me roughly eight months to incorporate Carl's advice before that contest.
