Heavy Band Finger Extensions vs High Reps

Here I am again, hope you’re all doing great!

There’s something I’ve noticed along this 1 years grip journey of mine, and that is that heavy finger extensions w/ bands do more than higher reps..

For overall balance and stability in the hand, but also for keeping it healthy.

How do you feel about this, it’s always been recommended to do higher reps for some reason.

Surely higher reps feel great but I feel like the only thing it did good was to give a great pump and that’s it.

We’re talking 2 Red Iron Mind Extension Bands ”heavy” ..

Small Note: My knuckle discomfort in the left hand subsided after doing heavy finger extensions😬

I like mid range reps (somewhere around 15) with like a 3 second pause when the hand is open. Also, the rubber band method for progressive overload is golden.

Yeah that’s truly super effective, this is how I overload mine:

Blue band works great to hold the small ones in place😈

lmao I use the exact same rubber finger thingy from Aliexpress. I put the rubber band in reverse (over at the thumb and under the rest of the fingers)
