AndyKnight Posted December 23, 2003 Share Posted December 23, 2003 I'm getting a couple of variants of these made up, but I need to know how many plates I need...I know it's impossible for you to say, but I'm a total beginner who's been out of all resistance training for months now due to injury so would at least like to get some grip work done.
