I had the opportunity to try the crushed to dust challenge before the Arm Lifting Super Series competition here in Ottawa on Saturday, and I think it went really well! I was fortunate to have lots of advice from my training partners on the best way and timing to approach the challenge. I was also very fortunate to have the legendary Eric Roussin be my referee and the also legendary Yves Gravelle be the videographer! I am so lucky to be surrounded by such exceptional people. I have been working towards this for over a year now, and have definitely improved, so I am very happy with my attempt. Let me know what you think!
