Seoyoon
I got the AtomGripz 6 band gripper this time. Does anyone know about the rgc value of atomgripz for each step?
stranger
I have a AtomGripz quad band that's rated 156. I'm not sure bout the ratings for the others.
Jermiah Merciconah
I've seen reference of a smooth handle 6 band rating something absolutely ridiculous like 302 rgc, So effectively unclosable

Cannon
They vary a lot mainly based on spread. We have rated examples of levels 2 and up but don’t have a ton of data so the results must be generalized which isn’t as helpful. 2-band = ~70 3-band = 94 to 123. Most around 115 to 120. 4-band = 137 to 173. Most around 150 to 165. 5-band = ~185 to ~200. 6-band = 256 to 320. Most closer to 280. 2
Fist of Fury
I've had one, with narrow spread, 3-band, was rated at 92 lbs. 1

Not even when I started gripping, that's like 10 years ago. I just bought mine from another gripboard member. That's the way it has been for a long time.

John Knowlton
Nice looking gripper
Ivan Pupchenko
A wonderful gripper! I hope you'll use it in your training. At more I train, the more I hate any grippers collectors. 99% of them do not use grippers at all and raise their price as much as possible, and people who really want and can train lose the opportunity to purchase the ones that they need..
