nArKeD
Whenever you can. You can make them harder by making them shorter or you can just get more difficult nails (which you can weaken by shaving a bit if they are way too hard). bender
To the Point: the white nail is a beginners nail to "work on form", and most human beings should be able to bend the Green. I highly suggest you examine how you are bending, and increase your intensity as you start bending Greens. Bending is all about intensity and technique, with those two, you could probably bend the Yellow right now. I'd say, throw away the Whites, learn about bending in any of the sources out there, old posts and gripgallery videos, and bend a green. What technique do you use? What padding do you use? What is your body-weight and grip experience? There's really no reason to keep on with the white. Sorry for the frankness, but that's just the way it is. RSW
'd say, throw away the Whites, Use them to warm up, befor you tackle a Yellow.

bender
Try altering your training to bending 1 or 2 WHITES, and then attempting as many GREENS as possible.
