Bob Lipinski Posted February 8, 2023 Share Posted February 8, 2023 Haven't trained grip seriously in many years. Looking to get back into it. Just had neck surgery. The last few years I've had some muscle weakness in my right arm. Right forearm were hit bad, wrist extension was down 20% or more.
