dubyagrip
I got this in the mail today. I really like the way this lift feels, but I can't find much about technique. Anyone have any tips or pointers for this implement or would you say I've got it down? Thanks
Blacksmith513
Very nice... I've never used one of these, but i can't see anything wrong with your form at all. You made light work out out that.
Vinnie
https://www.gripsport.org/lists.php?list=1&gender=1&event=294&country=all&measurement= This link shows the only 11 reported results for this implement in competition. You'd be 4th of the 11 with 260 (and at least two of the three ahead of you are super elite gripsters, Jedd and Jason). Of course, until there are more stats from more competitors, it is hard to gauge where you'd end up over time. I am sure you'd improve your own lift, but more people would be competing. I find 3 inches to be a bit uncomfortable for my average sized hands. I like a smaller handle better.

Arm lifting USA also does some country crush events; I am not sure if the "3-inch monster crush" is the same though. If so, then there are some bigger numbers here: https://armliftingusa.com/3"-monster-crush
dubyagrip
I'm pretty confident I could add 40-50lbs to it once I dedicate training and recovery to open hand work. Thanks for the feedback @Vinnie @Blacksmith513
