NoiNoiPinoy
I'm not very well experienced or talented at grip at all, but being a general fan of strength I usually can tell if something will look hard. Over the holidays I decided to burn some money on rando gym stuff, mainly cool grip things. I knew something like the Loadable Blob from StrongerGrip would be hard for my barely over 7 inch hands. But the Holle-It-Up Dumbbell from Arm Assassin Strength humbled me hard. With the offset toward my thumb, I could only manage a single with 35lbs on each end. I had to drop the weight further and still struggled during the backdown sets. My fat thumb couldn't handle the rotation at all lol. I do my grip work at the Army base gym and I'm a known there as a decently strong powerlifter compared to the slim-waisted cardio youngsters...but today I looked funny to them fumbling around with this weird dumbbell with barely any plates on it. Any grip thing caught any of ya'll by surprise when you first touched it?
Eric Roussin
I was surprised by how difficult it was to lift with the 3" Raptor handle (Country Crush). Definitely humbling. I also remember the first time I touched a blob. I hard ordered a Blob50 and I couldn't believe how far away I felt I was from being able to lift it. Fist of Fury
All of it to be honest. Grip training is very peculiar. Everything looks easy but is in fact insanely difficult.

Grippers can be super frustrating when you are literally 1/8 of an inch from closing and just cannot close the gap!
