Isn’t that a weak white spring?

No it's the CROM spring.

What diameter handles does the vulcan have?

I actually don't know they are a lot thicker than the CoC handles though.

Oh ok. Same deal with the robert baraban, which is why I don't really like it, I filed 2 mm of to try to make it feel normal but it's still not. Something with 19 mm handles highly adjustable would probably sell like crazy though.

I have both but the RB is my favourite because it is perfect for no sets.

I am currently doing Jedd's Cadence Based training with the RB.

I can also no set a Vulcan but for some reason it starts rotating in my hand whenever I try to close it and I don't understand why.

I'm doing CBT also (again) but with regular grippers. i don't really have a place for the RB to use. last time i used it i had it choked with apparently 200+ something rgc and it didn't feel like it at all, even filed. maybe i should take it out of its choker again

Some people say that it feels just like torsion spring grippers and others say that the RB feels nothing like torsion spring grippers.

What I do know is that the RB has improved my close because I can actually close my 300 lb unrated narrow gripper (65mm) now and I am closer than ever to closing my no.3 with an 81mm spread. (From a no set)

David Shamey has done level 27 which is the WR (in-official). That's crazy. Level 20 is not like #4 but pretty close to it. Somewhere in between #3.5 and light #4 I would estimate.

And previous posters are correct that is not the "CROM" spring.

I can see white on it. CROM spring is chrome.

Oh my bad then I had never seen one before and I thought it looked exactly like the spring I have.

David Shamey is a monster I can only dream of achieving his strength level.

I didn't know that I had never seen one and I thought it looked exactly like my CROM spring my bad.
