Jedd Johnson Posted January 20, 2023 Posted January 20, 2023 While extremely impressive, that isn't an Inch Dumbell. Regardless, incredible strength to literally pull directly to the top of the shoulder. 2 Quote The GOLD STANDARD Feat in Plate Pinching: 2x45s Pinch Get Your Copy Here: How to Pinch 2x45s Ebook Diesel Crew Store: http://www.dieselcrew.com/store/shop

Much more is solved by the fact that there is a clean metal handle, without paint, so it's easier to lift 1 Quote MM9, BB GE, Coc 4, GHP 9, RB 330 MM10 and GHP 10

The term was “Rotational Kinetic Energy”. I don’t pretend to understand it, but I believe it. I agree with Jeff’s comments. Quote

The force of rotation of different projectiles can be felt most vividly by comparing the lifting of the classic axle on wheels and axle with plates. They give completely different sensations when clean. When the difference is 1-2 cm, it makes no sense to talk about it. Quote MM9, BB GE, Coc 4, GHP 9, RB 330 MM10 and GHP 10
