While extremely impressive, that isn't an Inch Dumbell.  Regardless, incredible strength to literally pull directly to the top of the shoulder.

I didn't notice the difference because of the shape. Much more is solved by the fact that there is a clean metal handle, without paint, so it's easier to lift

Way back, in 2011, on the IronMind Forum, a gripster from the UK by the name of Paul Wood posted a link to very complicated scientific explanation of why the solid round bells were the most difficult of shapes. The term was “Rotational Kinetic Energy”.

I don’t pretend to understand it, but I believe it. I agree with Jeff’s comments.

On the other hand the that second video looks like there would plenty of Rotational Kinetic working against him!

The force of rotation of different projectiles can be felt most vividly by comparing the lifting of the classic axle on wheels and axle with plates.

They give completely different sensations when clean.

When the difference is 1-2 cm, it makes no sense to talk about it.
